Welcome Reception
Please join us for a welcome reception on Sunday, July 5 at 19:00 until 21:00 in the Courtyard

Conference Dinner
The conference dinner is planned for Wednesday, July 8, at 20:30.
I will be held at Complex
of San Giovanni in Monte, Piazza San Giovanni in Monte 2, 40124,
Bologna. (See the map).
Accompanying persons may attend the Conference Dinner by purchasing tickets at the registration desk.
The payment of the tickets will be possible only by cash. This option is available until 6 July, 2009.
Conference tours
Two recreational tours have been organized for the afternoon of Tuesday, July 7 2009. The estimated
duration of the excursions will be from 1:30 PM until around 7 PM. A minimum number of participants
are required for the tours to be offered so please make sure to book your choice when registering
for the conference. If the minimum number of 20 participants for each tour will be not reached before June 30,
the tour will be cancelled and the fees will be refunded. Accompanying persons may attend one
of the tours by purchasing tickets at the registration desk. The payment of the tickets will be possible only by cash.

Parco dei Gessi Bolognesi e Calanchi dell'Abbadessa
Parco dei Gessi Bolognesi e Calanchi dell'Abbadessa is the Largest Karstic Park in Emilia-Romagna.
It is situated on the hills surrounding Bologna,
and it is characterized by a series of gypsum outcrops from which a very interesting karst system
and the suggestive Calanchi dell'Abbadessa have derived. Bus will transport participants to and from

Dozza Imolese: tour of the Rocca Sforzesca and wine tasting
Dozza, is a small medieval hilly village decorated with frescoes made by renowned artist and
surrounded by wineyards. The tour comprises a guided visit of the Rocca Sforzesca (a castle-fortress
originated in the 13th century, the present building dates between the 15th and the 16th century) and a guided wine
tasting at the Enoteca Regionale Emilia Romagna.
